Oral Healthcare
Oral health can have a significant impact on our lives. We use our mouth to smile and talk to communicate as well as using it to enjoy what we eat and drink, so we like it to be in good health and look good.
These things don’t change when people age, so good oral care needs to continue even when an individual has entered a residential or care facility. More people are living longer and keeping their own teeth, so this presents extra challenges for care staff.
